Как установить 24 формат ?

berch, скорее всего, в региональных настройках надо выбрать Россию. Start → Settings → System → Regional Settings.

Вышло обновление, и немного про установку:
1-Устанавливаем mortscript
2-Устанавливаем JMLPanex
3-Удаляем предыдущую версию JMLToday
4-Устанавливаем новую версию JMLToday.

- add Google-Weather (@brunoisa10) with google folder for pictures
- fix ACCUWeather connection problem

FixPack V5.76 : For people who have problems with JMLCalendar-Appointments (double process, slower....)

1- disable titanium
2- copy zip content in your JMLToday folder
3- enable titanium
4- make a manual update to restart all notifications (or wait 1mn, JMLToday auto-restart)
